Tending to a few errands while closing out the week, Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green were spotted out shopping in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (January 13).
The "Jonah Hex" hottie was dressed down in sweatpants, a hoodie sweatshirt, baseball cap and sandals as she headed to the car with her hubby after loading up on a few bagfuls of purchases from the local Rite Aid.
The outing comes as Brian's name just hit headlines upon a report from TMZ telling that the 38-year-old has filed a lawsuit against former "90210" co-star Vanessa Marcil-Giovanazzo.
The legal filing claims that Miss Marcil-Giovanazzo - who happens to be the mother of his 9-year-old son Kassius - borrowed $200,000 but failed to pay him back.
Green is now seeking repayment of the loans plus undisclosed damages.
