I noticed at seven months that one felt free and found it had been halfway damaged. Decent sound I enjoy my new headphones. I ordered those to replace some Sennheisers that I gave to my hubby. Every other song, it sounds average. When you get it, you'll instantly understand the cheap plastic supplies it's made from.
I would recommend no one to ever buy these things, total and complete disappointment. Extremely comfortable and the sound is excellent.
I like the ten foot cord.
I would definitely recommend the product to friends.
I purchased these while testing out a bunch of different headphones. The Sony MDR-XD200 is definitely the very best. Only thing is, I can not hear any difference after I change from Music to Film modes. I must use them with a rag of shirt on top of my head for padding since the excess weight of the headphones causes straps to cut into my scalp, really miserable. I personally use them mostly for my computer, however when I tried them with the stereo I was surprised about the caliber of the sound. One "con" is the fact that these headphones are very big, as in measure about 2" out from your face and that is how far these stand out. The rf wireless headphones completely enclose your ears. The sound is remarkably great for such an affordable set of headphones. It is like something is going on behind you. For a $25 set of headphones, sound is nice! Don't use these for "monitoring" purposes. I'm listening to music at this time using these headphones, and it rocks! You should not be disappointed as I am not!
I put them on for hours while working and end up forgetting I am wearing them so comfortable enough.
They are doing their job well in that department, and for $25 you cannot fare better for this application. Overall, considering the price, they are an excelent deal. It fits easily around your ear. I really like that the head band is open, so it doesn't overheat you. I know the cord should be long but truthfully it is annoyingly long.

I suppose I did not read carefully enough prior to searching "buy headphones online", everything's fantastic, but the cord is about ten feet long! I usually just use the Sony V150 studio headphones, which I found when I searched "buy headphones online".
