Kelly Ripa went all out for the Live With Regis and Kelly annual Halloween episode this year. Although she was sans co-host Regis Philbin, Kelly had Nick Lachey to be her partner in crime when it came to costumes.
Ironically enough, the duo opened the show dressed as blushing bride Kim Kardashian and the her soon-to-be ex hubby Kris Humphries.
