She's no stranger to getting in trouble, but this time, Courtney Love is coming out on top.
The Hole singer and her Manhattan townhouse landlord went head-to-head in a court case filed by the landlord, who claimed that Miss Love owed $54,000 for 2 months of back rent.
According to TMZ, the judge let Love go because she was, in fact, paying her rent based on a new deal she had signed with the landlord, who was trying to enforce an original deal.
Apparently, the landlord argued that - in addition to owing money - the musician accidentally set the home on fire, which the judge chose not to address and is allowing Love to stay put.
