The bikini-clad "You Da One" songstress seductively posed for a photo while on top of an elliptical machine in a workout room at her resort.

Earlier in the week, Ri-Ri was spotted paddle boarding and swimming with sharks in the tropical waters of Hawaii.

Personal trainer Ary Nunez told UsWeekly that she likes Rihanna to focus on martial arts and dance-based workouts as well as working her core muscles with "a lot of repetitions."
