There are some stereotypes in America that shed a pretty terrible light on many social groups. There are some awfully misunderstood people out there in the world, and the modern biker is surely one of these. I personally know many people who shy away from bikers like they have the plague, never really understanding what these guys are about before judging them. It's almost like bikers NEED funny biker t-shirts, just to get people not to walk in the other direction.
The best way to describe the typical biker is as a "freedom lover". Bikers love freedom, and there is nothing evil or cruel about the pursuit of that freedom. The wind races across the cheeks, the hands clench on the throttle, and the bike roars down the road with nothing ahead but more road. Funny biker t-shirts give a little hint at what the biker is like: funny, charming, and personable.
Bikers are prolific jokesters. When a biker starts laughing, everyone knows because they laugh like they live: very loud. This love of life and humor makes bikers suited to the funny biker t-shirts they love to wear.
