She most definitely can breathe a sigh of relief today as Halle Berry's stalker has been given his sentence.

Richard Franco, who was arrested outside the "Dark Tide" actress' home last year for trespassing on her property several times, was slapped with 386 days behind bars.

In addition, the judge extended Berry's requested 3-year restraining order against Franco which requires him to stay 200 years away from the star for the next 10 years.

Since Richard has already served 193 days in jail, he will spend another 193 more and will also be put on a 5-year probation period once he gets out.
