Welcoming their bundle of joy into this world, Sarah Drew and Peter Lanfer had a baby boy on Wednesday (January 18).

The "Grey's Anatomy" star and her hubby named their new addition Micah Emmanuel Lanfer, who weighed in at 7lbs, 4 oz and is 19 inches long.

"She and her husband, Peter Lanfer, are in love with him!" Sarah's rep told People.

Of the decision about waiting to find out the sex of the baby, Miss Drew told, "I'm about to walk into a chapter of my life where I have no control over anything anymore, and I figured I'd ease myself into it by not allowing myself to plan for the sex of the baby. It's good training for me!"
