Michelle Keegan & Max George deny claims they’ve called off their wedding…

Considering how loved-up Max George and Michelle Keegan looked during their recent trip to Barbados, we thought it was a tad bizarre yesterday when reports emerged that the two were calling off their wedding and were intending to "cool down" their relationship.

A tabloid newspaper alleged the couple had a string of rows during their holiday and, what with their conflicting work schedules, were going to take a step back from their wedding plans. A source told them:

'Max has been away touring and Michelle's Corrie schedule is full on, she can be on set up to six days a week. Their Barbados trip was supposed to be a chance to spend some quality time together but Max was working and they had a few tense rows.'

'Since returning they've decided to cool things off and get back to having fun. They have agreed to scrap the wedding plans and there are no ­immediate plans to reschedule. With their hectic work schedules, it doesn't look like there will be a ­ceremony any time this year. Max has been confiding in the band. They are all 100 percent behind him.'

A rep for Michelle denied those reports today however saying: "The date had never been set. They are still very much a couple."

The actress also made a similar denial on Twitter. Phew, so there you have it all is okay with them and peace is once again restored to the world. Now, moving on….
